The good news: I’m very happy to report that the mask is of _excellent_ quality & it looks _exactly_ like the one pictured. Rare these days, where very often what arrives looks nothing like what you ordered & is of poor workmanship to boot. NevStudio is the real deal. It has a very sturdy set of elastic straps in back to help the wearer keep it in place once the ideal positioning has been set.
Better news: it arrived a lot quicker than expected. They tell you up to six weeks. I’m in Texas & it only took about two.
Best news: they send you everything you need to complete the look (neck up). The helmet / mask comes with a balaclava, a battery already in the helmet, & an extra one as backup. They also send you some alcohol swabs to clean the visor so it’s nice & shiny when you wear it.
The on-off switch for the halo is a simple click button on the right side of the helmet. Once you know where it is, it becomes easy to switch the light on & off, even if you’re wearing gloves or prosthetics on your hands (within reason; it’s a very small switch).
I think it worth mentioning that NevStudio really went out of their way to pack the helmet / mask securely. Tons of bubble wrap, heavy-duty cardboard box… they took care to make sure it to arrived in perfect condition.
You can purchase this face mask with confidence. Highly recommended.
